Analysis of the dynamics of clinical indicators in patients with allergic rhinitis with sensitization to pollen and household allergens using combined allergen-specific immunotherapy

The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy combined allergen-specific immunotherapy (ASIT) in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR) sensitization pollen and household allergens. To achieve goal, 49 AR working age were examined – 35.5±1.5 years manifestations seasonal rhinoconjunctival syndrome a long period 9.2±1.1 years, among which there 25 (51.0%) males 24 (49%) females. All divided into 2 homogeneous groups by age, sex, duration disease, average number etiologically significant allergens: main one 31 who received ASIT solutions allergens comparison group 18 for whom only used. Allergological examination included anamnesis, skin tests (wormwood, ragweed, quinoa, corn, etc.) (house dust, mites, epidermal agents) / or molecular research methods using ALEX technology. quantitative integral assessment intensity symptoms calculated as total score symptoms. maximum severity nasal 12, eye - 6, 18. results obtained their analysis indicate that under influence is reliable decrease rhinoconjunctive syndrome: 52,2%, conjunctival 60%, 54.3% an increase 2.2 times percentage disappearance minimization disease after treatment compared from group, convincingly proves confirms high efficiency selected type therapy combination
